Intensive dampener SZS is a twin rotor mixer for wheat conditioning or tempering. It’s main adoption is for water addition to wheat grains. Machine can be supplied in mild steel or SST 304. The tempering process is a very critical part of the flour mill process to reduce flour ash content and improve flour whiteness.
