Impact disruptor ZSF is to break down conglomerates of semolina which have been created during the head reduction grinding process. This can greatly assist the rollermill and plansifter operation by improving the flour release. The high speed disrupter breaks down the flakes of endosperm thereby ensuring flour is released hence separated within the plansifters to ensure targeted extraction is achieved.
