Horizontal scourer MDM is a newly designed machine based on many types of scourer features. It is utilized in the conditioned (wet) wheat cleaning system to remove dust, wheat hair and dirt/sand lodged inside the groove. The abrasive action can also crush mud balls, in addition to breaking hollow grain. Loose material must then aspirated off the wheat kernels before sending the wheat to the next cleaning passage.
